    This was my first stay at this hotel and the staff exemplified excellent customer service from the friendly greeting to a very weary traveler on the evening I arrived onto the custodial staff that directed me to the Fitness Center and where to fill my water bottle. I especially want to recognize "Camille" who had closed the hotel bar down and offered to walk with me around the corner to a local bar she thought I would enjoy and could purchase a drink at. I was alone and it being dark and in a unfamiliar area, she was a great security guard. She did this after she clocked out of her shift too!

    I met my friend here on our way to vacation. This place is clean, affordable and super convenient. Free shuttle from and to the airport and a great breakfast is included.     We stayed the night here before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the room. The breakfast is okay. One of the primary reasons we chose this place was the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service from the airport and to the port of Miami in the morning. We're happy with our overnight stay here at this hotel.
